Scope of Repairs
General Repairs
Applicable to products outside the warranty period or not covered by warranty conditions.
- Optical Components: Lens cleaning, collimation, lens or mirror replacement.
- Mechanical Components: Adjustment of mounts and gears, replacement or repair of fixed parts, adjustment of focusers.
Warranty Repairs
Applicable to products meeting warranty conditions: Material and Workmanship Defects
Not covered: damages caused by human factors such as impacts, drops, mold, improper use, or poor storage.

Repair Timeframe
The repair time will depend on the actual situation.
- Shipping Time: Approximately 5–7 business days (one way).

Repair Process
- Complete the Repair Application Form Provide complete product information and relevant documents.
- Receive Return Shipping Label Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label along with detailed packaging instructions.
- Send the Package Properly pack the product and ship it to the designated repair center.
- Inspection Upon receipt, we will inspect the product and confirm repair details, costs, and estimated time with you.
- Payment and Repair Proceed with payment if applicable, and the repair will begin.
- Return the Product After completing the repair, we will return the product to you and provide tracking information.
