We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  1. In the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    1. We recommend recording a video when unboxing the item to protect your rights.

  1. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
 

Non-returnable items:

  • Personalized engraving or customized products
  • Products damaged by improper use
  • More than 14 days after purchase
 

Discounted product:

  • Bundle Product Returns for bundle products must be made as a complete set; partial returns are not accepted.
  • Add-on Discount For product added-on with a discount, if one item is returned, the remaining items will be considered at their original price. Example: If you purchase A and add B with a $10 discount, returning A will result in a $10 deduction from the refund for A.
  • Buy A Get B Free For products with free gifts, the gift must be returned along with the main product; free gifts cannot be kept separately.
 

Return Reasons and Refund

William Optics Product Issues

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered:

  • Resolution - We will offer you the option of a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
  • Return Shipping Costs - William Optics will cover return shipping to ensure a hassle-free process for our customers.

Please note that damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or accidents is not covered. All products are thoroughly inspected before shipment. We will assess the issue you report and compare it with other products from the same batch to determine if it’s a manufacturing or design flaw.

Shipping Damage Issues

We recommend inspecting the parcel in the presence of the delivery personnel whenever possible. If the item is damaged during shipping, we will assess whether the item needs to be returned based on the extent of the damage and any requirements from the shipping company for the insurance claim.

  • Resolution - We will offer you the option of a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
  • Return Shipping Costs - William Optics will cover return shipping to ensure a hassle-free process for our customers.

Customer-Initiated Returns (Personal Reasons)

If you wish to cancel your order, change your mind, or request a refund due to an error on your part:

  • Refund - the refunded amount will be the total paid minus any non-refundable PayPal transaction fees. Example: If you paid $300, and PayPal deducted $20 as a transaction fee, your refund will be $280.
  • Return Shipping Costs - The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Special Note for European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must meet the standard return conditions.

 

Return Process

  1. Submit Your Return Request
    1. All returns must be authorized before sending the item back. Please complete the request form below.

  1. Receive Return Shipping Label
    1. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed packaging instructions.

  1. Return the Item
    1. Please send the return to: 30F., No.29-5, Sec. 2, Zhongzheng E. Rd., Danshui Dist., 251, Taiwan

      Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  1. Refund Processing
    1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. ( If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at [email protected]. )
