Warranty Coverage
Eligible Purchases
- This warranty applies to products purchased directly from William Optics or an Authorized William Optics Dealer.
- The warranty is only valid for the original buyer and requires the submission of valid proof of purchase.
Covered Conditions
- Material and Workmanship Defects: If your product experiences a defect in materials or craftsmanship during the warranty period, William Optics will repair or replace the product based on the individual case.
Warranty Period
- Two-Year Warranty: This applies to the optical-mechanical assembly and any included accessories unless otherwise stated.
- The warranty period starts from the purchase date or invoice shipment date.
Required Certificate
- Proof of Purchase: An invoice or receipt to verify the purchase date and source.
- Warranty Card: Please ensure your warranty card is completed correctly and accurately.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Misuse or Mishandling Damage resulting from improper use, impact, dropping, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
- Normal Wear and Tear Wear and tear that occurs from regular use over time.
- Unauthorized Repairs Any repairs carried out without prior written authorization from William Optics.
- Unverified Purchases Products purchased from unauthorized sources or those that do not have valid proof of purchase.
