We’re here to help if you need to make changes or cancel your order, but please note that these requests can only be processed before your order is shipped. Once your package is on its way, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you may follow our Return Process after receiving the item to address any concerns.
Order Changing
- Item Changes To change the product, color, quantity, or specifications in your order, you will need to cancel the original order and place a new one. Follow the instructions provided below for cancellation and reordering.
- Combining or Adding Items Due to operational constraints, we cannot combine multiple orders into one shipment. If you wish to add items, please place a new order separately. Alternatively, you can cancel your original order and place a new one that includes all desired items.
- Address Changes If you need to change the shipping address after your order has been dispatched, please fill out the order change form below. Note that a handling fee of $10 per box will apply. Make sure to provide the correct address details as soon as possible to avoid shipping delays. Example: For an order with three boxes, the handling fee will be $30.
Cancellation and Refund
Customer-Initiated
If you need to cancel your order for personal reasons or due to an error on your part, please fill out the cancellation form below to request a cancellation and refund. The refunded amount will be the total paid minus any non-refundable PayPal transaction fees.
Example: If you paid $300 and PayPal deducted $20 as a transaction fee, your refund will be $280.
William Optics-Initiated
If we need to cancel your order due to issues such as stock availability, shipping restrictions, or other errors on our part, you will receive a full refund of your order, including any PayPal transaction fees.
Example: If you paid $300 and PayPal deducted $20 as a transaction fee, you will still receive a full refund of $300.
Refund Process
